About the author
Who I am
I'm a Production Engineering student at the Federal University of Technology — Paraná (UTFPR), Brazil. My academic background is in industrial systems optimization: process flow, bottleneck analysis, quality control, and operational efficiency.
LongevityStack is where I apply that same systems-thinking framework to a different kind of system — the human body. Specifically, to the three variables that most predictably determine long-term cognitive performance and healthspan: sleep quality, evidence-based supplementation, and neurological resilience.
Why I built this
The biohacking and longevity space is flooded with content optimized for engagement, not accuracy. Influencers recommend supplements based on affiliate commissions. Wellness brands publish studies they funded themselves. Most "evidence-based" articles cite one paper and call it settled science.
As someone trained to identify failure modes in complex systems, this bothered me. I built LongevityStack to do what most health sites don't: show the actual evidence, acknowledge its limitations, and give a practical recommendation anyway — clearly labeled as such.
My methodology
Every article on this site follows the same process:
- Primary sources only — PubMed, NIH, peer-reviewed journals
- Sample size and funding source always disclosed
- Conflicting evidence presented, not hidden
- Personal opinion clearly separated from clinical data
- Affiliate links disclosed inline, never disguised as recommendations
Academic background
- Degree: B.Eng. Production Engineering (in progress) — UTFPR, Medianeira Campus, Brazil
- Research focus: Educational technology and AI-assisted learning systems
A note on credentials
I am not a doctor, registered dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. I am a systems engineer who reads clinical literature carefully and communicates it honestly.
If you are making decisions about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Use this site as a starting point for research, not as a replacement for medical guidance.
